Baby Teeth DO Matter!
February is Children’s Dental Health Month and I’m proud that my team has been out helping children in our community know how important it is to keep their mouths healthy. Pam and Leslie have worked hard presenting to students at Lincoln Elementary in Port Washington and invited 3 classes from Dunwiddie Elementary to visit our office to learn about dental health.
Healthy baby teeth:
Foster good nutrition through proper chewing
Aid in speech development
Build self-esteem by providing a beautiful smile
Enable a child to pay attention and learn in school without the distraction of dental pain
Save space in the jaw that is needed for the proper development of adult (permanent) teeth
