To better accommodate our patients, we are pleased to announce we now offer an online payment option. Simply follow the link to make a payment.
You will see changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:
• You will be screened for COVID exposure upon entering our office and your temperature will be taken and recorded.
• You will be encouraged not to arrive more than 5 minutes early.
• We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find some in the reception area, as well as other places in the office, for you to use as needed.
• According to CDC guidelines, all patients will be required to wear a mask while in the office. If you do not have your own, we will provide you with a mask.
• We have used heavy weight plastic to isolate two operatories and all procedures producing aerosols will be completed in these isolated operatories.
• You will see that our waiting room no longer offers magazines, newspapers, children’s toys and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
• Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
• We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
• We have implemented an online payment option, to reduce the social distance challenges of multiple people being checked out simultaneously.
